Return & Refund Policy
Books of Esther Publishing®
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in substantially the same condition that you received it, unused or undamaged, and in its original packaging when applicable. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When reporting damaged or defective items, we may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist in processing your claim.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including eBooks, downloadable journals, digital artwork, templates, and other downloadable content, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once access or download has been provided.
If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product purchased from Books of Esther Publishing®, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Photography Prints and Artwork
Photography prints and artwork are produced specifically for each order. Because of the custom nature of these products, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging.
Publishing Services
Publishing, editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, consulting, marketing, and other author services may be subject to separate project agreements and individualized terms.
Because these services involve time, expertise, and customized work, refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Digital downloads and digital products
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Completed publishing, editing, formatting, consulting, or design services
- Final sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, once approved, and make a separate purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging when applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to digital products once delivery or download access has begun, or to services that have already been performed, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
