Because many of our products are produced specifically for each order, processing and shipping times may vary.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak shopping periods, severe weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate notification when your order has shipped.
Books
Physical books sold through Books of Esther Publishing® are printed and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners.
Books are generally printed and shipped by BookVault or other authorized fulfillment partners.
Production and shipping times may vary depending on product specifications, order volume, destination, and carrier availability.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Photography Prints and Artwork
Photography prints, canvas prints, posters, and other artwork are produced and fulfilled through Printful and other authorized production partners.
Each item is custom-made upon order.
Production time is typically required before shipment.
Because artwork is produced specifically for each customer, delivery times may vary based on production schedules, carrier performance, and destination.
Digital Products
Digital products, including eBooks, downloadable journals, digital artwork, templates, and other downloadable content, are delivered electronically.
No physical shipment is required.
Delivery is typically immediate upon successful payment processing, although occasional delays may occur due to technical issues beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on the product, destination, carrier rates, and applicable shipping methods.
Shipping costs are displayed before final purchase confirmation.
International Shipping
Books of Esther Publishing® may offer international shipping to select destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local jurisdiction.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
